Hamburg sporting director Frank Arnesen has spoken of his admiration for Borussia Dortmund's new signing Marco Reus.
Arnesen saw his Hamburg team fall 1-0 to Dortmund in the Liga Total Cup on Saturday, with Jakub Blaszczykowski netting the only goal.
Former Chelsea director Arnesen believes Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp has secured a potential world beater in Reus, who agreed a move to the reigning Bundesliga champions from Borussia Moenchengladbach in January.
"I find Reus a really great player," Arnesen told
Bild.
"I'm a really big fan of his."
"He is always in motion, so creative, yet manages to score goals. Unfortunately, for what he costs, we would not be able to afford him."
Germany international Reus completed his move for a reported fee of 17.5 million euros, and is expected to fill the void left by Japanese playmaker Shinji Kagawa's departure to Manchester United.
